Wow what a find. Absolutely wonderful. Great food Great coffee. Great service. All smiles and polite friendly service. Kalina and her wonderful crew looked after us so well it will definitely not be our last visit. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Great gluten free cafe, the burger was great with a thick beef patty and very fresh ingredients, the chips had amazing seasoning on them and a nice crunch.Coffee was nice and the service excellent, the only problem for me was there was no air conditioning and only one window open that i could see so it got very hot when i was there for lunch.Over all a very nice place and well worth going to, ill be back!4.5 Stars.

Friendly and attentive staff.Good coffee and generous food portions.I had the Arancini (ingredients change daily), which was delicious and a smaller meal than most, which was ideal for me.Gluten free, lactose free and vegan options available.

A very pleasant local bakery and cafe on the corner of Safety Bay Road and Penguin Road in Safety Bay. Menu is all-day breakfast and lunch faire. Takeaway and dine in. Prices are on the high side of reasonable. Food quality is excellent. Parking can be challenging in a small busy shopping centre. Closes at 2:30pm most days. Very kid-friendly inside play area.

Visited Bayside Barista on Saturday morning. I can’t fault the service of this cafe/restaurant, got looked after by the fabulous Mel. I don’t normally do reviews, but I do have a background in hospitality years ago and the cafe was run like a well oiled machine. The service was personable and charming, nothing was any trouble for Mel. We are considering buying in the area and knowing that there was a fab place with great coffee and tasty food certainly added to the appeal. Looking forward to trying everything else that’s on the menu. Everyone that walked in seem to have a smile on their face. I also noticed Mel and other staff greeting regular customers by their name which was really fabulous. Personal touch. Keep up the good work

Good customer service, only issue with service is that while you wait for a table the only place to stand is outsideCoffee was really goodThe chocolate milkshake was passableThe food was bad, no seasoning on any meal or any part of the meal. The bacon burnt or raw there was no in-between. The potato croquette was tasteless and bland, the side of mushrooms was coldSide of hash was over cooked and inedibleWas really looking forward to being able to recommend a coeliac friendly Cafe to my dad but will not be doing that now

Food was outstanding and the service is great. All food is gluten free, but you would never know it. We drove three hours to come here, well worth the drive. We will be back!

I've just come back from Bayside Barista. I ordered the Chicken Maryland. A bit boring, you may think. Not at all! This was the best chicken dish I have ever eaten. Delightful! A real tribute to chicken. It brought back memories of childhood roast chicken; those wonderful BBQ chickens before the supermarkets got into the act; chicken soup. Every wonderful chicken experience I've ever had was summed up and celebrated in this unapologetic tribute to the humble chook. Awesome!Since hearing they have a new head chef, Ralph, I've eaten a number of meals at Bayside. Each one has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience, flavour adventures really. Lovely staff too.

We came for a quick bite after the library... Ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese with a side of hot chips.Turned out to be the best bagel I've eaten with amazing quality olive oil drizzled over the cream cheese and some dill delicately placed on top.The chips were hand cute steak chips that were just so divine.Highly recommended!
